The idea of the project came from an early initiative residing at KU Leuven in Brussels. A group of architectural students claimed a space, which was not fully accepted by the school, so it ‘wasn’t a bar’. Not a Bar grew into a conceptual manifestation. This installation emerged from the idea of a flexible light/wind installation, where each part can be dismantled and placed at different locations. The assembly together weighs 10kg and fits into a bag to carry on a shoulder.
